Carmelo Benedetto (Kim)
Kim has been here since the start re-establishing Don Pasquale with its outside terrace. His presence cannot be forgotten. Kim knows everyone and everyone knows Kim.
Prospero has recently retired after 40 years in the business. He still pops in every morning, but he is an early bird so if you see him you are lucky!!
Rita is the office controller in the company and is the strong woman behind the men!
